Students learn the cutting-edge mathematical knowledge and information technology entirely online. Students can study at their own pace from anywhere in the world, using their own device such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
We deliver this online degree program through a learning management system (LMS). Students watch lecture videos, submit reports and interact with professors and fellow students in the LMS.
Online students also have access to resources/services such as university library and career support center.
Okayama University of Science offers both online and traditional on-campus programs at the Department of Information Science and Engineering in the Faculty of Information Science and Engineering. Both students learn mostly the same academic content and receive the same degree.
Throughout the 4-year online education, students build a solid foundation for math-based information science and engineering, and advance their expertise in the four specialized fields, “Information System,” AI Technology,” “Business Data Science” and “Digital Game/Media.” We support students in completing the program entirely online to further their education, develop a new skill or advance their career.
