On Tuesday, May 7th, OUS student organization GLOBOLA held its Kick-Off meeting for the 2024 school year at the C1 Building.
GLOBOLA (Global Volunteers) plans and holds events to champion OUS’s global community for international and Japanese students on the OUS campus and online events with university students in other countries. The events promote intercultural understanding, communication, and learning.
GLOBOLA members passionately shared their mission and planned exciting activities during the meeting. They also took the opportunity to announce two upcoming events that are to be noticed: the Summer Festival for the visiting university students of the US-Brazil Ambassador Program on June 28th and the Tanabata ECO Nite on July 5. These events promise to be engaging and educational, and we can't wait to see you there!
