Orientation for "Buddy Activities" with the US partner universities
2023.05.09更新news
On May 9, a "Buddy Activities" orientation was held in the Student Commons on the first floor of Building A1 on Okayama Campus.
This year, we will resume receiving delegations from our partner universities, the University of Findlay and Wright State University in Ohio, USA, for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the upcoming activity, Findlay and Wright State students will be paired or grouped with an OUS buddy who will take them to classes or on a tour of the campus tour to give them a taste of what life as a university student in Japan is like.
Through the activities, OUS and US students can:
Interact with other cultures.
Learn about Japanese culture.
Learn about American culture.
Test their English- or Japanese-speaking ability.
Listen to live English and Japanese.
Another information session will be held on Friday, May 11.
