Four universities in Japan offer the International Baccalaureate Educator Certificate Program (IBEC Program) as an undergraduate program, two of which are Okayama University of Science and Seirei Christopher University in Hamamatsu (Shizuoka prefecture). On August 3rd and 4th, OUS students enrolled in the "Assessment and Learning in IB" class delivered an online poster presentation outlining a unit lesson plan incorporating IB's educational philosophy and methods and various assessment methods to Seirei Christopher University teachers and students via Zoom. Afterward, Seirei Christopher University professors asked questions and offered warm comments. The event was a great learning experience for OUS students.
