Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology and Japanese Language Education Course Held Online Exchange Event
On Monday, July 25, the Japanese Language Education Course (JLEC) in the Faculty of Education and the Global Center jointly hosted an online exchange meeting with the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology. Six students from OUS' JLEC facilitated the exchange meeting, in which ten OUS and 31 Thai-Nichi students conversed in Japanese. The JLEC students used the knowledge and skills they have acquired in class to create and use teaching material themed "Daily Life." In groups, the participants shared and asked questions about each other's cultures in Japanese. Thai students commented, "It was interesting to learn so many new things about Japan," and "I was happy that I could express my own opinions in Japanese."
