This department divides the broad area of veterinary medicine into three major fields: life science, public veterinary medicine, and clinical veterinary medicine; and has established distinctive advanced courses to train specialists in each field. Our program was designed by faculty members with diverse backgrounds specializing in veterinary medicine, medicine (human healthcare), pharmacology, and science. The program is designed to train veterinarians who can contribute to the health of animals as well as humans.
