Intensive Japanese Language Program (IJLP)

About IJLP

Entrance into a Japanese university requires fluency in the Japanese language. The IJLP was established to enable international students to become fluent in the language and enter one of the three Kake universities (Okayama University of Science, Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts, Chiba Institute of Science). The IJLP also allows students the opportunity to deepen their understanding of Japanese culture through direct engagement. Academic support is provided to students who enroll into one of the three Kake universities. We look forward to assisting students who seek academic success in their chosen fields of study.

The IJLP Class Schedule

1. One semester is 15 weeks long.
2. Classes are in session Monday through Friday (Saturday classes may be scheduled on occasion) from 9:10 through 16:30 (including supplementary classes).
